I ordered some 45 mil springs today, should be getting them fitted next few days.. think it will be a canny drop .. getting the windows done and the audio kitted out on thursday too ! im like a kid in a sweet shop... lifes good ^^

whats the best stuff to use to polish out small scratches and things like that?

i use sutherby's ... i work for a ford main dealer, we had tons of packs worth £100+ each i got for free .. its real good quality stuff.. puts a amazing shine on the bodywork of my car, stands out more to me with it being black... real good quality product!

im glad people dont try and race me.. i get angry and annoyed at chav's in saxos lol

try some wheel specialists, they might have a decent set on offer.. maybe not the genuine deal but something appealing to you :)

any ideas where i can get a decent set of these? i work in a ford dealer and we have a selection of genuine ones, but renault dont seem too.... i quite fancy some anthracite ones.. but im having no joy on that search either..

il see what happens .. il get a few prices and things, i dont want it too low you see i want it to look cool and stylish not so much to fit into the racing look-alike scenes :)... il post up abit more on this when i check it out in the local mod shop tomorrow ..

hmm but if i got 40ish it will clash speed bumps, and il need to change the shockers... my insurance costs me £150 a month lifes hard lol

oh and, last thing on the matter, wheres the best place around the river tyne to get a decent drop done :)

haha what would you do? what drop? in honesty i cant afford to change shockers etc, so its just a spring swap im afraid ... also my drive is angled .. my dad has problems with jag exhausts scraping it .. and xjs arnt that low ha....

how far is this drop? i was thinking 30 mil will probably be enough to make it look good without being a crap ride?
