Engine over revving
New to all this and recently bought a mk1 1.8 16v with a 172 engine in. I give it a bit of a hammering the other night and its began to over rev, on idle and basically when ever it's not in gear its revving at around 1500-2000 rpm. Any one have any ideas on what this could be? Is there a common...- Jamesk89
