When you cleared the codes did you switch the car off then on then drive it for about half an hour until its fully warm then read again? To check if any of the codes flare back up bar the fast fan one
It's all safe ran it the past 2 days even give it a tiny bit of a razz about and suffice to say no worried :)
I grabbed the shock by the spring when I had put them on just to check it and shook it like mad with no movement happy enough whacked them on my car

I put the springs on and what I did to make sure when the caps where tightened down and the spring released I grabbed the spring and shook the whole shock and looked for movement...
Over all happy with how my car now sits and looks :) also after much deliberation swearing sun burn sun stroke dehydration and cuts and bruises the springs went in

Glass will be fine there is a small clip that runs up and down a rail that the glass sits on they are prone to failing... If not the pully on the motor would have cracked and the cable come off anf by pulling the switch the cable with now be tangled up like a tw*t. You can get replacement pulley...
I had one from mine admit idly it's a non sport and I did bump it at Christmas into a curb and bent the inner tie rod had a look drop links what fine ball joint was fine grabbed the wheel give it a shake side to side there was a rattling noise came from the inner tie rod that had made its way...
If you have a friendly mechanic hopefully you'll get mates rates cost 120 for mine to be replaced as its part of the timing system so not a very fun job you have to lock the crack pull before you change it if I remeber
How do you change the intermitant setting? Via the nob on the end of the stalk? Could be a loose connection there or as said a coroded relay so it doesnt want to budge I dont think its the same relay for each wiper setting I think there is a different one for each speed
Relays are either behind the Glovebox or in the Engine bay (by the battery)
If theres no clicking sounds like the Relay isnt getting power or has seized up matey
Just take your time mate, get some needle nose pliers hold the SMD with the pliers with a slight bi of pulling pressure and heat the solder on the other side once it melts it should slide out (one side of the SMD) repeat the process on the other side of the SMD until its off the PCB repeat with...
I had this ive been through 2 water pumps the first one collapsed and took my timing belt with it -.-' 1 new engine later and the other one was leaking then eventually fell through altogether luckily it was caught just in time. The water pump is drivers side behind the wheel bototm of the engine...
