I wouldn't use harnesses with the trendlines. There is a video on YouTube of a boy using harnesses in a Civic Type R with reclinable recaros and has a crash and the seat snaps. Harnesses should only be used with fixed buckets imo
I'm looking to build a track car to compete in SLS next year and I am not sure if buying a 172 Cup is worth the extra money. The car will be getting all interior and heaters stripped out, poly windows, cage etc. It will also be getting coilovers. Am I right in thinking that the only thing left...
@scotiamr2t yeah I was just having a look at the competitors in E and there is a fair few clios, most of which look like they've got a very good spec so it should be interesting!
If the car had a fibreglass boot, doors gutted, poly windows, gutted bonnet, full interior stripped and 15s would it be possible to get below 900kg without spending crazy money?
