Yeah, you can transfer the ballast, bulbs, igniter and auto-adjuster onto a new unit. You can't touch the internals unfortunately! Thing is, it might of got broken in the post. I see it happen so often, they are very fragile!

I believe there is something on the cards. However don't quote me on that. There are plenty of stories to be told! Oh yeah, Car sharing is a must IMO. Halves loads of costs and when you get tired you can swap over driving.

When we were booking the hotels at the 'ring we didn't realise why everywhere was expensive/booked up until someone told us the DTM was on. When we had finally booked some places we were glad the DTM was on, as we knew it would be busy and the atmosphere would be better! Really want to go...
