False, your talking about system A and B spacers. Hubcentric means it has the the lip on the spacer so there is less stress on the bolts, as it transfers some to the hub "lip" I know this as I have hubcentric spacers that don't bolt to the hub. ;)

I paid £120 for my rear bumper to be sprayed Pearl Black, this price also included filling an exhaust cutout and filling a crack/rip in the corner and polishing. But no fitment (which ain't hard though!)
