Its always on ebay for like £25-£30 for the full pack, most of the dealers charge around £200 plus, i had it done on my first clio for £120 for both inside and out, the interior stuff is like a 3m scotchguard product and worth it but paint sealant aint worth sh*te

It as has been said a legal requirement to disclose a vehicles insurance details, it is the vehicle that is insured so doesnt matter say if a passenger opens a door into another car, i dont know if your post is just a query over the point but if you do need someones insurance details on the sly...
