Yeah I think the ps3's are an obvious choice tbh, listening to you guys and weighing up my driving. I'm not even going to push my car hard, I have too much respect it's more for experience. The nakangs do look awesome tho!
Yeah I agree mate. I'm just thinking of after the ring as it's my daily and won't put the car round the track again for a long time. So need a good all rounder. I think the ps3's tick all the boxes tbh
Yeah I understand what you mean mate, exactly what I thought tbh! I just wanted to make sure I've got some really good tyres for the track and for my every day driving. Are the ns2r's not that good in the wet then ?
Going to the ring on the 19th next month and want to spend decent money on 4 capable tyres. I'm stuck between the above.
The ns2r's come with 7mm instead of 8.
I don't do a lot of miles, the occasional motorway journey, just wanted your opinions on what tyre you would go for and why.
1. Can't get cruise control working. Flick the switch on, green light comes on, says set but none of the bottoms on the steering wheel do anything?
2. 2nd gear it's hitting the limiter at 6k??? The was was fully warmed up. Hits 6k and the car just dies?
3. Put it into first gear and it makes...
I'm not sure if I like that? I prefer an exhaust to have a nice rasp. That's a very deep note or my iphone speaker is sh*t which is more than likely and making it sound crap
Basically my exhaust is in a bad way and need a replacement pretty sharpish. I just want peoples opionion on the best exhaust.
it needs to
look the part
sound the part
Pukka fitment
I don't want it too loud, want it to be quiet poodling around and when give some throttle it really opens up...
Finally got my hands on one a liquid yellow 182. I'm nt sure if it's full fat because the spoiler is small? But has air con, cruise control, climate control, xenons and all the the bits but I'm sure someone can enlighten me.
90,200k with full service history, dephaser pulleys, water pump etc...
I spent what seemed like a life time looking for a 106 Gti in sundance yellow. Found one, one lady owner from new and 52k miles with full service history. Maintained it to a very high standard, changed all the suspension
B8s and eibachs, but kept it Oem looking. Biggest regret ever was selling...
Haha! To be fair the alloys are part of the service history. That's why I don't believe the car is worth what he's asking for it. That's what is putting people off and it clearly put you off lol
