Desktop is the full card Max P is the maximum performance laptop version. Bit slower. Max Q is the efficiency one. Slower again. Of course it’s not quite as simple as that, for example the mobile 3080 is actually 3070 based. TBH any 30 series card above a 3060 is going to rip on a 1080p screen.
