Pretty cheap imo not to hard to correct problems either. Worth more if broke for parts.

Windscreen seal or exhaust fouling something due to movement via engine mounts. Could be a knackerd cat to manifold kit.
Brakes i would say you have caliper issues, also file a few mm of the ends of the backing plates on the front pads if not already done.
Suspension noise could be many things...

First picture is a brand new clutch, second is normal tbh due to moisture in the air no need for water to make things rust:D.

I don't collect any oil what so ever (touch wood).
Reason behind me putting one on was to get rid of the very poor breather design that k-tec done with the induction pipe. :(
Also read a large post from chip explaining the advantages of not having oil residue going back through the inlet...
If it has little grub screws in it. Cut the original rubber one off, stick some self amigilating tape on the shaft of the levet, shove gear knob on tighten grub screws.
Done.
