It's either resting on, or very very close to where I've arrowed here. I've cut the whole inner skin out my bonnet so there's no more I can lose directly above this area. You can get around it by loosening off the bonnet catch and moving it up slightly.

When the whole thing was done with 2 rattle cans, totalling £4, I'm not too fussed. It was something to do!

Well I'm not sure if this was a very good decision, but I painted the bonnet black tonight :cool:. Remains to be seen how it looks on the car as it's still drying at the moment, so I'll report back again tomorrow. It was in an absolute state before, so I'm not losing anything by having a go at...
