The ph1 is a write off. Its a 'total loss'. The inspection valued the ph1 for £3700. I bought it back. The car is now registered CAT D. Awaits the cheque from the insurance company. 'Daniel' is traveling down to London, to take the ph1 at a negotiated price agreed by both of us. The End!! :(

Just contacted the approved bodyshop that is carrying out the inspection. They have advised me it will be either today or tomorrow that the inspection will be carried out. Missions!

the dude from greenflag that transported the car back to the bodyshop place said that the steering is complety fucked and that he reckons the inspectors will say its a write off. Shame really, the ph1 only did 42k miles..... :(

Yeah, her directline insurance are taking care of everything. They said they will replace parts/mods like for like. If they cannot source the FK konig coilovers for example, they will offer to pay me money to source another set myself ;) My Flux/Highway insurance contacted directline today...

yes thats what the girls insurance said (directline) they said if they cannot track the mods i had on the car, they will give me money to go and buy them myself

Re: f**kING RAGIN! !!!!! that's what i did.. the girl that hit my car, her directline insurance advised that they will deal with it rather than my insurance company doing anything, hence nothing for me to pay :)

She was a nurse. Young. 18 or so. Her Insurance have agreed to pay for the damages for me and my sister and give us both courtesy cars.

i contacted directline, her insurance to ask them if my coilovers suspension will be replace like for like... and not standard parts. the woman advised me that they will restore it to how it exactly was before the crash. so they will replace it. lets hope,... write off maybe? i duno at this stage
