Interesting that Adobe are pursuing this. I guess it's because they invested heavily into one of the new (heavily publicised) features of Flash CS5 that allows (allowed :() Flash developers to develop native iPhone/ iPad apps without having to know Objective C? http://www.adobe.com/choice/

Or buy the phone outright and have a cheap (sub-£20 p/m) rolling contract?
