it does this every now and then and annoys me the doors are closed but light stays on and it annoys me as is a pic of a 5 door car lol

well basically the bearing went at the top of the gearing spindle and would not allow any fluid to get by ... as you can see the where on the spindle and the hole throu the gearbox caseing some pics of the damaged parts does anyone know the proper names for these parts now i need to...

i might pick it up 2 day still not 100% what the main fault was but its costing me just over six hundred plus vat for a new gearbox fitted and fort might as well replace the cluth while they was as it , not a bad price all in ... when i get it back ill let ya know the main fault

im not 100 % was wrong with the gear box it goes in on monday to a gearbox place and reno have said to me , to get all the damaged parts out and show them , and then maybe pay for it

any one elses gone??? my car is one 28 days out of warrenty reno said 590 to strip he gearbox for a diagnostics check, and that dont include parts or putting it back to gether and they said they might help pay for some of it if some part has failed as the cat has 36k on clock........ but ive...

a man has been came early to my surprise lol the fault was a p0325 which is a knock sensor???? the aa man has never heard of this have any of you?? any after reseting the ecu the fault has gone... hope to never return
