Got myself an hd tv finally, connected the xbox 360 up, looking good. However, when it comes to watching tv, all I currently have is an analogue tv aerial, as a direct result of that, the picture quality Im getting is extremely poor, with ghosting etc.
Next month I'm gonna get sky running off...
Right, i'm confuzzled. My 17" tft was running on 1280 x 1024. When i started the 360 up, the screen was all off centre? Weird. Went to the xbox dashboard bit, it says I can select a resolution. All of them were x 768?

My monitor is just some standard 17" dell jobbie, should I be noticing a huge difference between that and my portable tv? Bear in mind I currently only have Need For Speed, which may not be the best game to test it on.
I'll double check the xbox system settings, i've not dabbled with anything...
Had this connected to my Sony 15" portable tv, qulaity werent too bad, easily playable, but nothing compared to hdtv. Got hold of a VGA cable and connected the 360 to my PC monitor, theres zero difference in quality of graphics other than its brighter?
I was expecting a big change.... :S
