I'm debating between a late 182 or a Seat Ibiza Cupra TDi - I do 66 miles a day round trip (all motorway), but given the higher initial purchase price of the Ibiza, do you think it's worth me getting one?
Can I really see 40 MPG from a 182 on the motorway?
Rich, have you ever tried just Lime Prime then Supernatural V2 on one of your cars? You don't seem impressed by DodoJ, but I swear by SNv2, even over BoS.
You can use water with any clay as lube, but you are much better off using a QD, or just some diluted shampoo to prevent the clay from marking the paint.
I thought the Dodo Juice clay came 2nd, and Zymol was about 7th?
Get the ST :)
BTW, the tax is slightly more expensive in an ST than a 172/182, but t'is only £30 per year difference.
Also, MPG is about 28-30 with some enthusiastic driving - it's about the same as a 182. It will do 40MPG easily if you take it easy on the motorway.
Costs me £34 to 'fill' at...
That's a Rotary - dangerous in the hands of a novice. Technically 'better' at correction, but you should go for a DA if it's your first machine, ideally.
Problem is the new Kestral DA which is about £90 new - killing prices of used G220's and PC's.
I suspect Megs will reduce the G220 price soon.
I'd try eBay.
That brush is okay but a little coarse.
I'd also recommend an EZ Detail brush for cleaning the inner rim with the wheels still on, and a Swissvax Wheel face brush for the... faces of the wheels! :)
The brush you have is also ideal for tyres.
Very easy - Data > Validation
Then, change 'Source' to 'List' and type you entries into there, with a comma to separate them (Clio, Fiesta, Corsa) and it will only allow you/the user to enter something from the drop down.
Also, remember to copy down the cell for your column range.
SN doing its stuff there - you ordered it especially didn't you? What do you think of it?
Be interesting to see what Dodo's QD is like, Dom is gunning for Z8, so should be good!!
Lovely car!!
A1 Wheel Renovations in Wolverhampton are the best:

Some may say Laptabs, but I have heard a fair few horror stories..
If you have AG Fast Glass, this is the best way of removing SRP.
APC - you can use any, Tesco sells a product called 'Daisy' which costs 65p for 1.5L, and can be diluted 10:1... ideal for wheels, arches, sills etc
Lots of factors though, like the fact that lots of ST's are being written off as they are driven by idiots, which would cause a rise on their premiums.
