no mate , avi is right the 172 manifold for top end and 182 for lower to middle power gains

15bhp at the fly from 182manifold , sports cat , prospeed exhaust upgrade , inlets matched and remap . so ......i'd say NO too .:(

always used the silkolene pro-s 5w40 all year round in mine , but as said any good 5w40 is recommendable

megs clay . wash the car and do it whilst still wet , you can never have too much liquid on the car , have too low can be a mess , rather than the quick detailer , use car wash stuff watered down . break the clay bar into 3 pieces , i piece enough to do the whole car , drop it some hot water...
