    Re: dmallett's titanium ph1 That's what I thought , put a new icv on it checked for air leaks all ok on the 3rd tb all cleaned & no luck , and now trying to see if I can get an uprated spring made to make sure it will close

    Re: dmallett's titanium ph1 I have the same prob , I have stripped the spring off the side of a spare one and sent in to a company that makes all kind of spring to see if they can make one with a bit stiffer spring so It will close better .

    ph1 172 refusing to start

    Mine used to be ok 1 day then the next spin over and would not start I would leave it for a bit and then I would fire up , put a new tdc sensor and solder the loom on it and now on the button first time

    Phase 1 Overfuelling - Tried a number of things but unsuccessful to date.

    Mine was over fuelling because it was not getting up to the right temp , changed the temp sensor switch and thermostat and coolant and now runs spot on .
