I was pretty chuft with the footage aswell... Course when you stick in on your head your not sure what angle and DOF you'll get until you download it. Good wee toy though, will use it again for sure!
Well done again. CS in Scotland in some respect is heading back in the direction it was in...
Thought i better make the effort, 1st meet in a good few years!
It'll be spotless this weekend when i take pics for it's forsale advert.
Re. the above, well done to Gaz and John for organising. Great job! I may show my beak at future events...you never know!
Couple of photo's since i'm on.
Also car will come off the road soon and in for some fairly major work. Belts, Clutch, Flywheel, headwork, valves, exhaust, blah blah blah...Blank Cheque affair. Oh and another repray.
Yes, got a conference on the 1st November, so thinking about brining Vee down then and staying down for that weekend, got Michael Mcintyre that weekend too. Need to speak to you at some point re. paintwork for Clio.
Absolutely. The ring is about experience, hence why Anthony AKA the young Jean Ragnotti in his RS Twingo was doing 8:30 lap times with 130bhp! lol
The GT3 is the ultimate ring car for semi-decent money!
Nah, would of said Simon in his GT3. 8:20's ish. Awesome car, i got a lap into it, the Carbon brakes are spline splitting!
Traffic was the main issue on the Sunday, but equally most people were behaving and enjoying not chasing lap times, i didn't get under 9mins this time around.
That hard top is horrible horrible horrible! Looks completely wrong.
The point of the MR is that 'when' it's nice you can take the top off! (Surely) Surely that hard top negates the point!
CSL's look great. No other wheels crossed my mind for the Zed.
CSL's look better on the Coupe to be honest (Biased) but they do.
Std wheels look crap; infact if i'm being brutally honest the non ///M looks a bit pony!
I'm with Gally, the AMV8 is and will always be a timeless shape. It's perfect in every respect; Looks, noise, performance, comfort, class and now price!
It's on my list of cars to own for sure!
HKSAR - Cage is from Safety Devices. Bought through Corby Motorsport, it took 4 months to come!
I 'kind of' regret fitting the cage, more pose than purpose in my case. Issues are you have to hack the engine cover to bits which looks messy, but also means it's alot louder. In addition to this...
Great write up Paul & fantastic pics.
Glad you/everyone enjoyed themselves, it truly is an exhilarating place!
Next year we are planning a longer European jaunt, will have to perfect my ropey organising skills for that!
Where are Scott’s vid’s from the gopro? Would be good to see!
I’ve...
