that was 5mm FK spacers on the rear.

I had 5mm on my 182 and that was quite low on coilovers and standard wheels and they scrubbed if I had weight in the back.. Swear every car is different. I'll try find a pic..

Why don't you drive it and see if it makes a difference? May produce some sort of noise revving it but not much..

Vibratechnics are fine for road use once they settle in..

Had my wheels done exactly the same colour, got my tyres fitted then cleaned them and applied Gtechniq C5 before they even did a turn on the car.. Have stayed nice so far.

I stand corrected, I remember now that's correct. So 300x27/28 will be spot on. What is the standard thickness of Clio/Megane Discs?

I have a set of calipers sat waiting to be fitted, just need the brackets and the discs.. I found a set of Grand Scenic Vented Discs which are 300x27 on eBay for £120. Dunno if these will be thick enough?? So basically I just need to source/engineer some brackets for these kits..

You can do that, but I've never had a problem.. Up to you. I've tried both ways and they ended up with exactly the same output.

Through the bonnet release grommet and up through the side of the car behind the plastic trims, under the rear set to the boot. Job done

I bought one. Got it real cheap on auction. Had it on my car over a year now and the welds have just started to crack. I welded them back up. My advise is unless you get it super cheap then buy genuine. Not only that it doesn't fit that amazing either. Sits real low..

R-Sport will do everything you need, not sure how easy they are to buy from if your buying from outside..

Snap no, no contest. Used a few others and they are crap..

Nimbus Heatsheild and remove the carpet, will look awesome and your barely see the Heatsheild..
