Mine gets warm when charging but never hot. I had the "iPhone is too hot, let it cool down before use" message last year when I left it in a car last summer. Thats the only time it's been hot IIRC.

That's only really applicable when changing handsets, IE changing from a 3GS to a 4s. Sometimes the back ups / syncs carry the old battery settings, then you have do what you mentioned.

It normally rectifies any minor firmware issues you may have with your handset.

You need pocketed pistons to run PH 4's I'd recommend some decent connecting rods and forged pocketed pistons with the PH 4's. Not cheap I know but you can't time up the PH 4 cams on the standard pistons. If it was my 16V engine I would fit the above with your ITB's and use the OE ECU getting...
