You have an adjuster to the right of the steering wheel by your knee. You can also adjust each one manually and individually with an allen key on the actual units. I fitted some ebay sidelights. I might remove them though tbh.

£371 seems very extreme! It was only 250 notes for a replacement screen on my old Focus and that was heated.

It depends on your budget, if you can afford it get both springs and dampers otherwise a decent set of springs will do fine. Any off the shelf kit will fit without problems, providing your wheels aren't drastically different from the factory fitted ones.

I'd replace it to be safe tbh. Clean all the grease off, horrible stuff but then at least you can monitor it for the time being to see if the area get's covered in it again.

Don't pay 1.7K for that. Not worth buying all new parts, get a second hand full head and get that fitted.

Adjusting the height only throws everything out of line anyway so you'd be silly to keep fiddling with that unless of course you can get mates rates on a full setup. I've got mine at full stiff atm, I might adjust them as proposed by cookie-jnr tomorrow and see how it feels.
