It took like a month before the engine management light came up on mine so it probably will show up eventually but it hasn't caused any changes in fuel consumption or any problems with oil lol.

With regards to the window switch method, doesn't only the offside switch work when the engine isn't running, it was the drivers side you tried right?

Common problem I think. I haven't bothered trying to fix mine, they give false readings anyway usually.

That is the worst stuff you can use. Mine takes 4-5 minutes to completely defrost just sat on idle with the heater on max and the rear de-mister on. Maybe theres a problem with your heater if it's taking 10 minutes to defrost the car?

Should have bought Apex, they are cheaper and the car sits better. Unlucky with the engine fault, you've got to anticipate these things owning a french car, personally I would get that fixed before spending any more money on mods.

It looks like it's next home is gonna be a scrapyard tbh. Shame but at least the people involved are okay. +1 on the bad conditions though I've had a couple of near misses already.
