good question. so none of it is direct fit to the std clio lump?

anyone who does the current 1*2 inlets will do them. i think originally they are much better than the 1*2 versions but possibly still room for improvement.

i have ds2500 on mine mate, very good pads, nice solid feel to them. Im yet to get them to fade dramtically on the road.

best off just buying a centre section mate than chopping it up with reducers etc. for the hassle you'l go through youd be better off with it. you could also just cut your centre seciton out and make a straight through section thats what i did. is had a very sligtht bend in the centre section...

the fact that the lambo is std and the bmw has probably been part a million times to get it that quick speaks volumes to me, yeah its rapid but i still know which one id have.

plus the fact that every car will be different! its not as simple as if i get my inlets done will i achieve 8bhp and 8lbft of torque instantly. some cars will be matched ok and some poorly. Bit of pot luck imo.

easily done with the beam up matey, 10mins max. dropping the rear beam is just the two damper bolts. 18mm i think. undo them, jack under the beam, lower jack, beam drops down. sort exhaust, beam back up. done :)

chances are i'll go with newmans as i'll be using jamsport to set them up and thats what there used to fitting.

Yeah i can imagine...TU's are like lego! is cold start affected when having cams changed (std ecu)

so for the hassle its worth, 428's are a easier option. To be honest im looking for something simple...eg drop in a new set of cams (428's) bolt tia ll back together and get the remap done. I'll be happy with that for a while! Im familiar with QEP. quite a big name in the saxo world of things.

how do you rate the power gains with cams, i know it wont be huge but worth spending £1000 on it all.

rotrex's require an oil change every 10k miles. only need one litre of traction fluid, which retails for around £60. depending on if they are over revved then they will void there warranty immeditaly, this is all dependant on pulley sizes etc! I ran a sp30/74 which seized due to an oil hoze...

i have this on my 172 mate, common thing aparantly. Just from cold usually. Goes after the engine gets a bit of heat. Although since mine was serviced it hasnt done it.
