If I have Standard 182 wheels spaces out 25mm each corner (making wheels flush with arch) and sitting on eibech prolines, will my wheels hit the arches during driving? For example over speed bumps, pot holes, rough roads et etc...? The gap from the wheel to the flange under the arch is 15mm...

THANKYOU !!! The missing piece to the jigsaw has been found. My old 172 which I have just sold made this knocking noise and it's been lowered on coilovers with a full neg camber on front lol.. As soon as I sold it the buyer (my mate) has just had to buy a drivers side inner cv boot joint...

BenG - yea i am impressed with the new 182, 1st time iv give it stick since owning it. do u think its quicker to last 172? i think the better tyres made a difference considering the conditions. but yea i think i well n truly wore my pads down lol. Tunst - u need to find a 1*2 for £45 ;)...

Yea lol I think it's best the less confident slower drivers stay behind, gets fustrating otherwise.. Aslong as I follow BenG n he is leading I'm happy! Hehe.

# UPDATE - CUMBRIA MEET / RUN OUT # Well what can i say... today was bloody fantastic! the driving and roads were simply emence! very intense and on edge driving at times! the cumbria runs are NOT for the faint hearted! really really great driving ben! made today perfect! f**king awesome...

f**k didnt no the cup turinis meant i had to have diff size tyres! thanks that could of been an expensive mistake! lol. so if a cheap pair of trophy turinis come along i may snap them up, either that or just refurb standard wheels.

Yea, would like some turini's but not to fussed as ino st wheels will look just as good... Things is it will cost £180-200 to get them refurbed or I could swap these for some already black turin's for less so which would be more ideal, not in any rush mind. But yea, me 2 ;) Riley - wish u told...

# LY182 UPDATE! # So since iv had the LY182, one bad thing has happend, the Cruise Control stopped working. The switch decided it didnt want to click in anymore, it just popped back out as soon as i let go, so orderd a new switch which only costed a few £ (arrived within a few days) and hey...

dont sell it, i managed to keep my 172 when i lost my job start of 09, was on benifits etc and i managed to keep it and running costs! dont give in to easy lol! ull regret it! seriously you always find the money ;) i did. it was tight but imo was worth it.
