I canny believe you're going to buy an FRP. Are you batshit?
You spent so much time/money on yours, then basically said it was s**t for day to day, then you bought a TT that was great for day to day, but you didn't use it a lot (so clearly day to day doesn't matter for f**k). Then you bought...
Erm, who are you insured with? Mickey Mouse & Co?
"Don't do the leg work" - Biggest load of s**t I've ever heard. Insurers have access to more information than you do and it's in their interest to find out.

Cheap as chips.
I'll be heading over to Laindon on Saturday, I'd be more than happy to check it over for nothing for you?
Quick test drive and jack up the rear should diagnose it no problems.
There are people on eBay selling genuine rear discs cheap, let me see if I can find a link.
Buying a bearing is a massive false economy.
Considering you can get discs and pads delivered for about £100, buying 20 odd quid worth of bearing, then having to pay a garage to press out and then press back in is going to work out the same pretty much, if not more.
I'll get those fitted for you no bother for a lot cheaper than a garage.
Contact G172 on here, he's a brake dealer on here. You want rear discs with ABS rings and bearing pressed in. Sorted
You can't have both, it's that simple. Life's too important to genuinely worry about how you're going to wash your car.
Let the albanians wash it for 3 years and then move on. It'll look clean, you'll move into the flat that's going to gain money  and move out rich.
Primary reason is that one of my lights had condensation it in, I've fixed it, but it's left some water marks inside the lense you cannot get rid of without cutting the light up.
That's what I though, the only photo I've found isn't great, so maybe they'll look decent. If not I can offer a...
Facelift ones have clear indicators, and either black or silver inners.
I do agree with you and that's my concern, I'm thinking possibly buy them, fit them, and if I don't like them, offer a straight swap with an owner with a darker car. All the boys with black/grey cars love the black...
At the moment, I'm a big fan. It's fast enough for road use, handles well, is quite playful if you turn the traction off. There's not a lot not to like.
The sport button has more affect than one has ever had in any car I've regularly driven, trottle response is seriously sharp and steering...
They do not look the same! They're a good price, and it's not the silver ones that never come up, it's xenon's in general never come up for a reasonable price.
The zed has all the bits and bobs to just work automatically, so they're literally plug and play too...
I think I prefer silver...
So, I need the advice of CS.
I've found some new headlights, not facelift ones unfortauntely, but proper BMW Xenon's, an option I'm missing.
I've secured a great price, but there's a catch, they're black inserts. Do I go for them?
I think the black can sort of tie through, all black...
Cracking progress, I'm upset about the lack of pictures though.
If I lived closer you'd not be able to get rid of me, I'd love to work on something like this.
Proper lovely motor that, and I actually quite like the understated silver with the somewhat overstated (is that even a word) wheels. Works well.
I did love your z4m, but I guess you nose that.
Extensive research and training has let me determine that belt is 1032 days, 14 hours, 26 minutes, 34 seconds old and counting.
Of course I'm kidding, as said, ring the garage.
