Picked my car up earlier from the local Chipsaway unit(not the mobile guy), i was a bit worried about using them and thought it may have to go to a body shop, but they actually did a good job, you could never tell anything had happened, i also had them sort out 2 car park dents by a guy they use...
I think you are just meant to blow the dust off with a can of compressed air or something and not wipe it with anything.
Lifted from another website -
I know alot of people use rags, paper towels and the like on LCD's but be warned this is not good.
The Liquid Crystal Display is extremly...
Try searching here - http://forum.parkers.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17192 to see if any one else has had the same problem and maybe leave a message for one of the Renault Tech guys to answer.
I know what you saying about Renault clutches, the clutch in my 05 plate Megane was terrible, i could never pull away smoothly without it jerking no matter how much i concentrated.
The clutch in my 182 is much better, no jerkiness and bites in the right place, but my brothers 182 feels...
I think the passenger has been watching too much Austin Powers "Yeah Baby"
Favourite quote - "i am holding this camera so f**king tight, i think i am gonna break it" - lol.
Argh that was my thinking behind originally saying i will have the BF cat back and sports cat, it seemed a bargain at only £206.50, i also thought it may be the cat, or a joint blowing slightly.

Lian-li maybe expensive, but if you buy the right one it will be the only case you ever need to buy, they are put together very well, obviously a nice aluminium finish, a full size slide out mobo tray and backboard, nice array of case fans, thumbscrews everywhere, the claim that the aluminium...
That's funny you say that but i swear i can hear a hissing/whistling noise from my exhaust when giving it some, when i get it on the ramps to get my Blueflame fitted i am gonna have a look at the whole system.
Can't you just get one of them connects 2 adapters that plug into the CDC port on the back of the HU, then just use a double ended 3.5mm male plug extension, or are you on about not being able to control the Zen from HU?.
Yip the cup does not have washer jets on the bumper (just blanking plates), xenon headlights, climate control, half leather, probably more things i missed.
That's what i was thinking, mine does it when i first pull away and i feel it through the clutch pedal, it feels and sounds like a spring at times, got quite concerned the first time i did it, but searched on here and the answer was most likely ABS self test.
I use Tempes GTi same as Bmh.01, as for accuracy my 0-10, 0-20, 0-30 times etc were not far off the figures obtained by Evo magazine when they measured a 182, they must use some pretty fancy kit then, my time were out probably because i have not done much 0-60 runs, my engine is as tight as a...
Is this on a diesel i take it, they usually block up because of sooty exhaust deposits mixed in with oil and then it becomes hard, which stops the valve from working properly, it happens to them all over time, as for being a cop out, if it works freely and you have no more problems then don't...
I regard my best car as the one that did not cost a lot to run -
1987 Rover 213 S that i had as a run around for a year in 2000, paid £100 for it as it had stood for 3 years, put the original battery back on it and it started after 3 attempts, got it through it's MOT, spent about £150 on it...
Al 182 - Just take it back, kick off and demand your money back, i can't see they have a leg to stand on if they never told you it was an import even if you did not check the details fully.
If your log in details are correct, it could be a problem with the web based mail server, check on your homepage for the services status check, have you tried setting up outlook express to download your emails instead.
Lee- Yeah it says that on the back of the card aswell that you have to pay for more cover.
Mr Billy - Yes i got a card in the handbook pack, i made sure everything(well nearly everything) that was supposed to be in there was there, it also helps when you have had Renaults before and your...
I have heard of this before, it sounds as if Renault are saying we have carried out our obligation to replace the 2 keys you paid for under warranty, and that because you did not pay anything again for the second set of keys there is no warranty on them, pretty s**t if you ask me.
What's the...
Have you tried the Parkers forum for Megane 1's - http://forum.parkers.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17194 , there are quite knowledgeable people on there including a few Renault techs, a guy called 'Webcode' springs to mind.
Looking at this page - http://forum.parkers.co.uk/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=8 ...
I can relate to what oms is saying back i 98' i had 2 brand new Peugeot 306 D Turbo's one was a R reg the other was a S reg, the R reg car was definately quicker than it's replacement of an identical car, the R reg's engine seemed to rev more freely and have more of a turbo whistle/boost noise.
