are the 172 dash inserts (not carbon fibre) the same colour as the 182 dash inserts

if puttin a 172 engine into a 1.2 do you need to upgrade and have brake discs on the bac or can you stick with the dums if you can stick to the drums, would it be advisable to put discs on anyway and would it make any difference. cheers please excuse any mistakes im very tired. lol
