Allows the damper to work properly as u dont get initial movement and free play in the renault rubber mount. You get better steering feel. The steering feels far more precise and direct. The originals are very poor!

What concerns me most of all is that the bearing cant move around in there. Its fixed i believe???

I would say they are yeah. JL audio is highly rated in the audio world. Yeah pm me :)

I can do the JL audio TR525csi components for 60 quid instead of 120 :) :) As good and most probably better than any you have listed above :)

AST ones look better for same sort of money and have an offset bearing for running more camber :)

No idea mate tbh. Im not paying for them or the fitting :):):) Only take half to 45 mins to fit but will need realigning due to camber change etc and you also gain 15mm more travel from having them fitted to so you dont get near those nasty bump stops :).

nope thats the cheapest. I got those a bout a month ago for that price and couldnt find them cheaper. i dont like them tho. get 45 profile if u can. much less flex in side wall. I have been used to R888's tho!!!

dont need to disconnect battery. Its a myth. Just dont turn on ignition while its unplugged or the light will come on :)

Eibach pro spacers are the best. they do loads. im currently lookin for some myself but not sure how much to space it by yet

Finally had the first set of AST top mounts fitted to go with the rest of the coilover kit. Really pleased with the results. Car feels much better to drive. Steering feel and feedback is massively improved and no more horrible bloody creaking and cracking from those rubbish standard ones!! Will...

strange??? i asked curtis and he said pointless on my car. Cant see it will make any significant difference. It runs enough on the 182 cups as standard.
