    Keep it standard mate, if you must touch it just replace the panel filter :) all you'll get is noise which if you really really want, your better off buying a cheapo induction kit

    Depends how much you want to spend mate, ebaich sportlines/prolines springs are the cheap decent option, then the expensive is the coilovers from £300 up :)
