hello, repairing these sort of cars isnt recommended unless u really know what your doing which is why there's no point starting build threads as these sort of cars i buy need extensive repairs hence why there so cheap!:D:D

i can assure you if the car had been smashed there is no way I would of brought it, it was the first one smashed in the uk, brought from bluecycle, for peanuts, the engine/ sump/ suspension and 70% of bodywork was smashed, was very lucky to get the parts 2nd hand from traynors and a few main...
by payin a fraction of the price for a smashed one;) & most likely selling it on for a profit, you defo dont need to read/write to hammer/ weld then spanner/ rachet a few body panels into place:rasp:
there's a chap in derby area's making lotus elise fake clams for £300 a shot, made out of fibgrglass, ideal if u r racing them as they always crack, and this joker wants £2k LOL
the kits are made of fake fibreglass/ paper mash/ cheap plastic material crap hence why he sells them at such a low cost, ask him to produce receipts for all them costs "he's spent"
the only original RS part he's mentioned is the alloys/ exhaust no doubt butchered from a exc scrapper or hooked...
when you reshell a car;), its been done countless times in the car repair salvage business, its common practice with the heavy smashed cars, for example one which has had the side or backend crushed would be easier to reshell it than weld a backend (cutnshut) on the mint front or side

10 quid is stil cheap compared to autotrader etc...
