Just wondering if anyone on here now owns by old car - she was a 2002 black 172 with 182 wheels. Reg was RY02 VVX. Traded it in January for a '07 Civic Type R to a garage in Tredegar then I think they passed it to a garage in Blackwood. Cliosport.net sticker left in the back window :) Cheers.

Is it just the fuses in the passenger side fuse box I need to check? Any engine bay fuses relevant? Checked plug, and wiring, all looks fine. Im stumpted, reallllly annoying now!

Apparently the large yellow relay is the fans, as it the 30amp maxi green fuse? Either way, they check out fine. Definately the resistor. Where can I get one for £35?! Scoured the net no luck! Think I will just get the one from cliospares for 65 if no luck elsewhere by the end of today

Odd one, my wiper motors are only working now and again. The back works less than the front. Sometimes the front starts working fine. Any advice as to where the motors are located or any ideas? Are there two seperate motors for front and rear? Thanks Alex

Seen a load of 172 and 182's around the Porth area in the Rhondda of late, many more than 6 months ago! In particular a nice black 182 (rg ED55??), monaco 172, silver 172 and a terrible chromed-up RS replica! Anyone on here? Mine's an 02 black 172 with 182 wheels

I put crystal black on my black 172 ph2 and thought they looked tacky as f*ck personally. I switched to clear/frosted - much better IMHO.

Unless you know the garage they'll probably recommdend repairs which are not essential. Get a full service done and enjoy it!

Currently using R222 Carnauba Wax but I find it's not 'wet look' enough, and does not last very long. Any recommendations for a black 172 wax wise? Usual routine is Megs Gold Class -> AG SRP -> AG Ultra Deep Shine -> AG EGP or Poorboys sealant -> R222 wax. Cheers!
