lol ok. I have 2 columns of cells. One with the numbers in and one with the Y and N's in. I want a single cell to calculate the 3 closest numbers to 0, then see if the 3 closest numbers are Y's or N's.

you need to reset your machine and keep hitting f8 before the windows load screen. You will then be able to select safe mode and do msconfig from there
