Reverse gear is due to the linkage fella, what i was told on here was have on person to put it in first and keep it there, whilst other person re-connect the linkage to the box, That should then allow you to choose reverse correctly, How much coolant have you put in? i kno when i did mine it...

Its the Door Actuator (sp) its the thing that brings the glass up and down, that might have broken, or it could be down to the fuse, Have you checked the fuse atall?

have you got a blow torch? warm the nut up a bit then try again, should help it come loose

Air leak, have you checked each point on the inlet mani properly? And that its bolted down properly, check also the seal under it its a egg shaped ring,
