Apologies for the late reply dude! Yes I saw ya at the top of Halton hill.
I had my plywood for the saxo splitter in the car and was crouching all the way home! Was hoping no one would see me tbf.
Considered, but then read about some of them cracking? So didn't bother. As its only a toyosport job (not exactly renowned for quality - albeit this one does look nice and well put together) I was a bit worried tbh.
Could still do it now though? just be a bit fiddly!?

Successfully attended Blyton Park for the 2nd time at the weekend.
Major thanks to the old man who rebuilt the GTI-6 calipers for me, only to find that it was the master cylinder that was causing the dodgy brakes pulling to one side :dapprove: Thats what you get sometimes when buying...
Going back to a point mentioned previously, javelin don't seem to be that strict on running slicks without a cage.

Blyton is coming around again on the 29th (a week away) and so I had a Saturday to crack on.
Stuff purchased recently:
- Brand new Radiator
- Stud and nut conversion
- Team Dynamics Pro race 1.2's with 20mm spacers
- Spigot rings
- Caliper rebuild kit (more on that later)
- Ferodo...
Need to narrow this down - any help appreciated.
I changed the front discs, pads, calipers, flexi and master cylinder.
Calipers were well used and were soaked in a parts wash for a while (I didn't want this to happen), flexi is new, disks and pads are new, master cylinder is used but works...
