thanks dealership says £3 and £5 fitting the jokers :S

Hi all I own a 51 plate Clio MK2 PH2, one of the remote central locking fobs the battery needs changing, went to change it at a lockmisths and they said its a dealership job as the key loses its progeramming? is this the case? or can i just buy a battery myself and swap it around....
