Cheers guys we do have these at work and I've been really impressed with them as the picture is really crisp on them. Now I'm stuck between getting one or two :D
I'm looking at getting one, probably two of the Dell 2007WFP UltraSharp monitors that are on offer for the next few days (£258 instead of £339) but the response rate says it's 16ms, is that going to be quick enough?
I will be using it for some games but over the top, it seems quite slow to say...
Just had this happen to mine so I came straight home, turned the engine off and then turned it back on and it seems fine now, went for a drive and it's not done it again.
What are the chances it will go again...should I get it put on the diagnosics at Renault or is it going to be waste?
For backups at home I would tend to say that Norton Ghost is what I would use, use it for individual desktops at work and it is really simple to use too, but then again the one you have is free.
Brother uses Ubuntu and I've used it a few times for fixing other machines and recovering data. Use Linspire at work mainly just for file storage and use Knoppix and Helix (which is just a modified version of Knoppix) for forensic work some times.
The graphics are still shared on Packard Bell even though the chipset is ATI Radeon, in fact the memory it's less than the Acer. The hard drive is 40Gb bigger on the Acer and the FSB is higher which is better for performance.
So much fun they are, I remember using mine and the wind catching it and covering the front of the house too :D
Which setting are using there Shaun looks quite a high one?
