    HELP PLEASE..PLEASE

    im new to the site so appologies for postin in the wrng section if i have but im in a rush and a panic... ihave a likle renault clio 1.2 rn on a T reg and i went out to start it today and it seemed like lack of power to the starter ( very slowy and abnormally turned) gauages flicked up nd down...
