In that case why not buy a whole 1.4 and put that In?
thats what I'm trying to say there is no point in doing it at all. If you had a stronger base to begin with then yeah if you want
If you can get one to fit yes but to make the most out of it you need management that understands the changes. Standard engine management doesn't have to scope to increase bhp much more than 1 or 2 just by bolting bits on
I put my turbo engine in another car with no turbo on it to run it in for about 800 miles.
started off not going above 4k but with lots of heavy load accelerations then started revving it a bit more when I got to about 700 miles.
its now in my car with a turbo on it and seems to be holding up...
So the difference in height between the rails that bolt to the floor was the same then?
Could recaro subframes from a Clio be modified to fit my coupe?
Run it into the ground. Scrap will be worth roughly £150. See if you can sell the panels like wings, bonnet etc. or the light clusters, wing mirrors etc. and buy another from the spare change
Won't be busying a new one until I get my new house so that's out of the question, if I can fix it then all the better.
could probably live without it tbh as like I said I only stream movies to it so could get anything to do that
