if that was the case he wouldnt put it in large red writing..
think the idea is NOT to bid, but to see the car, ring up and make a genuine sale.
cheap advertising. cheaper than autotrader etc. or putting your car on for a reserve of however much your looking for.. ebay fees for a 1p auction...
forgot about that..
but 10 orders for koenigsports at least 6k isnt it.. it wouldnt be hard to change to 58mm spacing and it doesnt cost them much to make a unit.. surely that will cover TUV approval, their overheads etc..
biojo.. from everyones comments on here everyone whos modified their cars.. renault have never had a problem with them come warranty time..
ive emailed him about the figures thing.. asked if i get 10 orders would they consider producing it.. afterall its the same unit as the 172 so no...
asked them if they would be producing the coilover in 58mm bolt spacing fitment to fit the 182.. as the current .0 16v ones they list only fit the 172...
erm surely its not had to simply fit a different set of plates on the bottom of them with diff bolt spacings to produce a whole new...
that suspension shown is a 182cup fitment so that will be the 58mm.. could do with a 172 photo and then someone to mark on the photo which way the spacing needs opening up..
as the lower ones elongated anyway. ?!
id really appreciate it if someone could indicate on this diagram roughly where the holes would need to be..
also is there any drawbacks to doing it.. would it make anything unsafe at all?
these are LEDA coilovers though.. ive put a pic request up for some FK photos tho..
informative post there mrbilly, thanks!
