next i had to change the battered brake lines on the front!
was a easy job with all the space.. key to brake unions is a good quality 11mm spanner LOL
before
new lines made up
and fitted into the ABS block
after reading a few posts and speaking to powerflex myself i have decided that i need to weld the metal shrouds on the wishbone bushes!
which ment taking part the ARB mounts, drop bar, bush bolts etc... t**t LOL
so did that...
then popped them on the bench in the vice
filed...
cool was thinking that today!
removed the carbon canister on the otherside today to fit the oil cooler for the supercharger
the engine oil cooler needs to be in the fog light on this side! more space = more air
next up i torqued up the front and rear bolts for the subframe! 105 rear 67 front!
and then the subframe support brackets to 60
one of the f*****s snapped in the chasis! so had to drill it out and re-tap ! nightmare!
good progress today :D
started with fitting the whiteline 1.2 neg camber shims.
I had alredy removed one brake assembly and stub axel off when i was looking to have custom shims made,
after removing the otherside i fitted both shims to the axel and bolted both stub axels back on.... then...
as the dash is on hold untill i can think of some way of sorting it out..i have decided to get the seat and harnesses fitted. afer much '*****ing' about, wev finally decided on the seating positions and height for both, we marked all 8 holes for the side mounts+after attempting to drill two of...
so the H&R's went.........
i needed something a bit more track focused! i have somthing else up my sleve which ben is sorting.. but thats a while off!
so for now i guess i will have to "make do" with LEDA's and eibach (sp) springs, camber bolts and shims :D :D
so then we popped to tweeks for....

eyelet load spread mounting back plates
8.8 steel FIA eyelets
stupid price ally nibus heat proof sheet for the bulkhead
and some roll bar foam which i forgot to take a pic of
time had come to install the checker plate, i know there are haters but..... i quite like it!
to fit i drilled 4 mm holes and used extra long rivits to pin the ally down! as the clio floor is all over the show we had to beat the sheets for ages to even get them to remotley sit in place.. once...
