How easy is it to put std map back on car if ever you need to ??

What is best metal polish to use on polished inlet and fuel rail guard when i have fitted them is auto sol or autoglym metal polish to harsh ? What best way to stop it oxidising over time ? :S

I had 40mm avo springs on mine looked fantastic with 17's but after 3weeks took em off my spine couldnt take it anymore !!!! :D they compress std shocks too much thats why ride is to harsh imo ;)

Thinking of gettin one of these :approve: What bhp / tourque gain is this supposed to offer on std 172 ? anyone done a before and after rolling road ? Just read car is more driveable and everybody seems to rate it well , Anyone had problems with it & do you really get improved mpg in general...
