you can use the 10w 40 stuff , it only means the engine will be covered under extremely low temp but 5w 40 is also sufficient as the temp never get below -10 anyway ;)
defo gunna b difficult to find a very good example ....also depends on money .

dude ...... i have one on my cup .....its worth the money imo . takes all day tbh , 2 hrs there , 2hrs back .......left 730ish and got back around 6pm but that cos he was little busy , normally turn around in 6hrs i suppose
most likely it has come loose , defo recommend you either get under it or get it checked out , do it now b4 it does more damage . summert about rubber mountings holding it in place is a way to look at .....
