Perhaps the Cup dash is different to the Mk2 but I simply cannot get the HU more than half way in. Going to get it into the garage and get the dash off!!

Id guess their first line of defense is to fob everyone off hoping the majority will go away. Just persist and quote Point 7 (Deposits and Prepayments) at them. If you need a copy of their complete T&Cs let me know.

Taken from their very own T&Cs "If Motorpoint failed to deliver the vehicle by the agreed date, Motorpoint shall return the deposit and any prepayment to the customer and shall be liable to the customer for any reasonable losses the customer may suffer."

They cant take your money and fob you off indefinately. How much deposit have you paid?
