Get the 197 with cup packs. End of the day, neither is a very light car, might as well get the car with the nicer interior. Importantly for me, the cup loses the reach adjustable steering wheel, so has a poorer driving position. If I like the 200, I'll be going for a cup'd one.
TBF Trophy prices have held well. Steve's was the exception, not the rule. Absolutely mint, looked after, low mileage.
If you'll be keeping it for a few years, may as well buy now. If there's a sudden drop in prices, there's usually a slower decline afterwards.

Ph1's require, new wheels (as most are kurbed to f**k), new seats, and new suspension (as the original dampers will now be more used than Britney). So get a normal ph1 in a good colour.
