i thought of that - is it reliable - will they mark the paint? I fancy new wheels anyway! who does arch rolling anyway?
what offset are yours fred - have you had your arches rolled and have sent you an email
I have 17 inch wheels fitted to my car with 205/40 17 eagle F1's but the rear wheels are rubbing the outside of the arches a little - running ET37 at the moment but have found a buyer for my wheels so gonna get some new ones - what offset would be best - any one else had this problem? Either...
definately scratched - down to bare metal - Am i right in saying the wheel could not have done it as only goes up and down not forward as well with suspension travel - it is quite low now and rubs a little on the rear arches but could not have done that plus its only on the one side. Gonna get...
in work at the mo - will try and polish it when i get home but feels rough so would imagine it will leave a mark! should get some of it off but wont be perfect. could be worse but still bloody annoying
just been checking my rear wheel arches as have a little bit of rub since lowering and found a huge scratch on the rolled lip of the rear passenger side wheel arch - must have been caused by the prat of an apprentice that put the alighnment equipment on my car - nob. Anyway car is going back...
i find my rear seats rattle quite bad - get someone to sit in the back seat and see if it stops (never does it when my son is in the back) - think its the brackets are a little loose due to poor manufacture, not a lot you could do about it - when mine gets bad I unclip the back seats and clip...
yup - tabs removed but still touches a small amount somewhere on the arch - only when my boy is in the back though coming off speed bumps or a dip in the road - not really bothered about it but when I get some new wheels will go for ET40 (or as close as possible) to see if it helps.

fred will tell you ET37 is correct - i have 17 in et37 but the rears rub the outside of the arch a little - I think an ET38-40 would be best but could be talking b****cks
have had them on the front of my 172 for a while and they are fine - put some on the back recently and it is very twitchy - has done about 700 miles with them now so should be bedded in but still a bit weird - try different air pressures - thats my next test

lol - when I saw Yoz the other day I was gettin my coilovers fitted and mentioned my missus would kill me if she new how much I spent - Yozza suggested getting into covert underground car modifying - could be a good money maker lol.

mine has a hole on the side that enables me to put a screw through in to the hole on the piece of metal going along the battery - you can just see it between the rentech sticker and K-Tec badge just over the edge - will have a look for a better photo for you
