right, the Alpine 12" Type R and box retails for £250..........i can get it for less
thats for the Alpine sub/box deal thing so the box should be an ideal size
however, its cheaper just to buy a 12" box from work and the sub seperate
would i notice much difference in quality ?

ive jus got my CDA-9812RR and ive quickly looked at what ive got, it seems it has an earth wire of its own and a 12v line which it says must be connected to the fuse block or the battery............how do i connect it to the fuse block ?....as it would be a pain i think to do it to the battery....

after lookin at the 12" Alpine subs.........there dual voice coil......however they do 2 versions
2ohm + 2ohm or.........4ohm + 4ohm

i need new fronts on mine, there very much legal but plain rediculous in the wet.......
they MUST be good in wet weather, my Uniroyal Rainsports on the back are excellent when its wet, an good in the dry too....
