If you look on Social Club it will have all the ones you have completed lit up then you can find the one you haven't and work out how to trigger it.

I've been doing all the collectible hunts. Finding the spaceship parts, submarine parts, missing letter pieces and completing the under the bridge flights. There's loads to do in fairness.

This. All his photos, contacts, notes and anything else will sync when he starts his new phone. Once he turns it on he will need to "Restore from iCloud" instead of "Start Fresh" or whatever it says. I don't think videos sync over iCloud so he would lose them.

Play the mission again and select the alternative. You can do this for all the missions and pick the option you didn't choose the first time through.

12 and 14 is to young in my opinion. The torture mission is just not right for someone that age. Your kids will be water boarding next.
