The rears are but the side one isn't. You'll need to drill a hole for the inside lower one anyway.
But the outside lower one you just drill out and bolt it.
I could get my cooler inline, I need to rearrange a few bits anyway
You can see where the first blue hose goes to the cooler on my old one, it's basically same place now.
It would be impossible to move the canister anywhere though?!

Looks like that's not for the new seals and recommended on old ones. Going to have to rejig all mine by looks of things :(

It's not actually the throttle cable, its the throttle getting slightly stuck.
You need to clean it properly. I.e stripping back to all single components and cleaning and rebuilding!
