I wont be bothered about these myself, as purely they'll make naff all difference. The EPAS on the other hand, if mine breaks I think it should be a suitable replacement.
So, yep I'm definitely going to get my car to this new 'production' spec for the French Track Attack series after just having a little chat with Mr Hunter a moment ago. My 'Go Racing' pack has been ordered, and I'll actually make an effort to get the safety bits fitted that I have in the shed! lol
I'd be a fan of premium road tyres tbh, at least if they get ruined it cheaper than ruining cut slick outer shoulders every session which will cost a fortune.
Only downside to this is in reality this class will be tragically slow in comparison to what's currently running in the French Track...
It would then mean having a certain rolling roads to prove power, and then having people making plans to add further weight.
Reckon the regs should be set like the Mazda series or whatever its called personally.
Having chatted about it yesterday with Tony, I'd be possibly interested. Though I'd have to 'standardise' my car to suit regs which isn't the end of the world, but would I bother when I could just run with the better class cars in Track Attack?
Probably not.
Another little update -
Changed over the speedo sensor so I now have a full working speedo again, kind of helps, especially with 6 points on my license! Lol
Also fitted my Sabelt Cup Racer steering wheel, played with the adjustable boss kit so it sits closer to me. Moved roughly an inch...
Bit of a thread bump, looking to lower the column by about 15mm. Rear two points are fine but the fronts you can't seem to accommodate the same spacer. Any tips please?

Just fit an RS2 manifold with the new timing changes that Mike at MWM has done. Smooth power delivery, 200bhp or there abouts, and probably a 5th of the cost.
Looks an epic trip, car is gorgeous.
I'd love to do that in my M3 one its all back and reliable, I may well give you a shout for more info its that cool?

So, the ///M went to the garage Saturday, called up earlier to say after testing/diagnostics its the fuel pump at fault.
Problem is the fuel pump is on back order currently in Germany. So they say it can take 5-7 days to arrive, though the guy did say that they've got a couple of cars been...
For me it has to be...
Quaife
Suspension/steering refresh
Bilstein B14's (set just slightly lower than standard)
Eibach camber bolts
197/200 Steering wheel
Brembo HC's and EBC bluestuff pads.
No engine/exhaust mods, as for a daily is pointless having.
Then the rest on trackdays/touring round...
